hi!!
i have a singer rice cooker(Global series-Cuisine Dx)for the past 4years which i have rarely used coz the steam collector is very loose & keeps falling.
the problem now is that, now the steam collector has broken & i need a new one. can u suggest me from where i can buy a new one? i’m staying in paschimvihar delhi. so someplace closeby would be of help.

In the year 2005,I obtained a SINGER RICE COOKER-CUISINE DX from M/S HORIZON ENTERPRISES,SF2,PARADISE PLAZA,K4,OLD RANGPURI ROAD,MAHIPALPUR,NEWDELHI-110037,having opted for this gift from AMERICAN EXPRESS inlieu of the points earned by me.It conked off after the first use;I could not find a service centre for repairing it and it is lying unused for the past 5 years.By allowing an inexperienced INDIAN manufacturer to produce cookers without waranty and guaranty clauses,SINGER has made a grievoous mistake.No dobt this item diappeared from the awards list inthe very next year itself.
A SINGER ELECTRIC IRON obtained in a similar manner from the same company in the same year also failed very soon.
SINGER BRAND can never grow roots in INDIA due to service deficiency
