    WE PURCHASED YOUR WATER PURIFIER 3YEARS AGO. NOW CANDLES ARE TO BE CHANGED. THE UV COLOUM HAS MANY INSECTS. SINCE LAST YEAR IT IS OUT OF USE DUE TO LAC OF YOUR SERVICES FOR CHANGING THE COLOUMS. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE WERE ASSURED BETER SERVICE COMPARED TO OTHER AQUAGAURDS. WE DON’T KNOW YOUR OFFICE IN BHOPAL TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. NOW WHAT YOU CAN DO REGARDING RE INSTALLATION OF IT.
