Luminous makes good products. I am using its products and I have no problem with it. Recently I bought a UPS Minimax 500VA of Luminous. It is again one of the magnificent products of this Power equipments company. In Patna its customer services are also very good and I am using luminous Sine Wave Inverter also and am getting very sound costumer care from luminous. Minimax 500 VA costs Rs. 4470 and it provides very good backup. As there is not very good condition of electricity in my town we are quite happy having this UPS. I would like to share a funny moment of this Product when we run three computers for more than half an hour. We are studding in Patna. I and my two other friends are working on a very important project. Suddenly light had gone but we have to complete that project on same day so when my friends UPS gave last weep I connect all three computer with my luminous Minimax UPS and we all completed our work. After that we became loyal users of this Brand. Now I can recommend every one to buy Luminous Products because these are very reliable and workable.

I am from Ranchi and there is frequent power cut so I wanted to by a Inverter for my family work. I had some option but I choose a new brand product form one of the reputed old Inverter manufacture company that was TeZ 3KVA from Luminous. Tez is a good inverter I want to share some feature of this product. Tez inverter has sine wave output with intelligent control. There is no humming noise frem inverter as from equipments connected to it. Tez is equipped with Zip charge Technology that provides faster charging and longer battery life and its dual Processor enhanced it feature. Tez can charge battery on very low voltage also. So I think these feature can make tez a good inverter. On my experience this inverter is very user friendly. Its maintains is also very low and. Right now we are using all home equipment on it. This inverter is useful for home uses, Microwave ovens, Room cooler, Washing machine, Plasma TV/LCD/DVD, Refrigerators, Printers, Scanners, Projector, Water motor pump and many more similar applications.. I am using Press iron also with the help of this inverter. I am using it and I can recommend Luminous Tez inverter for all. The design and outlook of this inverter is also very good. It is comfortable for use.

I am Abhishek Dwiwedi from Allahabad. I am running a cyber café and small publishing company. I my area I am facing problem like regular power cut and voltage fluctuations and as you know voltage fluctuation is very harmful for many hardwires, so I want to buy those types of UPS system whose can provide solutions for these problems. Than I got to know about luminous online UPS system. According to its brochure I thought I should try with this product. I bought 2KVA that is perhaps 1400 watts Online UPS systems. After two or three moths I knew that it is really workable product and it is good for other hardware also. It is not a very unique product just a general and very user friendly product. Its double conversion online topology and high frequency PWM technology is new things but other feature is so so. But I am very satisfied by this product. And I can say It is justifying its costs. So I can recommend this product to other people also. I think luminous is not a bad company in service also because when ever I wan called there people they had come very promptly and now they are starting there toll free help line also. But I have some advice for luminous they should be more prompt on their servicing.

UPS Sine: A UPS by Luminous
When you are working on some important project and suddenly light had gone and your UPS is starts weeping. after only four or five minute UPS also not worked than imaging what types of trauma you had faced. I was witness of the same event and I had to pay a major cost for it after that I decided that I will purchase a very good UPS that provide good power backup and provide sufficient time to bind –up my work. I got to know about Luminous new technology based UPS Sine. I took it and start working on it. I felt it is very-very good UPS. It provides long back-up. Sorry first I should introduce my self. I am Amitabha Sengupta and working as a SEO head in a Online company. After using Luminous UPS I feel this Indian company is making really very good products. My UPS is 800VA , and Now I will buy some more UPS for my office use but I haven’t How can I approach to company for more rebate on bulk purchase. Luminous is making inverter also so I would like to use it also because my old inverter is not working properly I want to know any exchange offer in luminous.

I would like to share my experience of luminous inverlast battery. I had bought this battery in 2007. Now I have been using it for almost two years. It is a very user friendly and very low maintains equipment if we can care this properly it is giving very good services. First I want to tale about its Colure plastic box has being provided very good look for Luminous Tubular battery. It is an eco friendly battery. After using two years I have no problem with this battery. So I am very satisfied by this product. I am using this battery with luminous sine wave inverter that is also a very user friendly product. I can say It is justifying its costs. So I can recommend this product to other people also. I think luminous is not a bad company in service also because when ever I called their people they had come very promptly and now they are starting there toll free help line also. But I have some advice for luminous they should be more prompt on their servicing.

Power cut is a frequent problem that we have to face in Ranchi. We can’t say when light will go. Some days we have to wait more than five hours for electricity. For facing these kinds of problem we were looking that type of inverter which can provide long back-up and should be very user friendly. My search ended when I got luminous sine wave inverter. What an inverter really comfortable and so easy to use that any one can handle it. I can say that luminous sine wave inverter is a very good alternative of electricity cut. After using this inverter I never fill electricity problem. It can run our TV also. Generally I am using three to four fan one TV, five tube lights. My computer can also running on this inverter smoothly. Therefore I can say it is fulfilling my all needs and I am very satisfied with this product. My comfort with this product and its user friendliness I can recommend this product to all user in out region those are facing frequent power cut. I can say after using it that Luminous is really Ghar Ka Chirag.

I am using this inverter for last 5 months believe it or not this is the best inverter, I ever purchased. The features are rich and easy to care. Even my old parents can handle this inverter easily. We are living in a joint family and our requirements are big that’s why we choose this heavy duty inverter. The design is good and very decent looking piece of technology. The battery life is unto the mark. The main purpose of purchasing this sine wave inverter is long power cuts in my city of KANPUR. Due to heavy power cuts we need a reliable inverter which can handle our large joint family requirements. The best part of luminous is the customer service; one day there was a huge blast in our society electric board, on that day we actually realize how important this inverter is for our life. So our decision is right to purchase this sine wave inverter. One thing I want to add luminous inverter is the best inverter company in India , which recognizes our needs and then make according to user needs

I am using luminous inverter and tubular battery for a very long and I am quite happy with results. I assure all inverter users to use only tubular batteries with their inverters. The battery is long lasting and very powerful. In these hot summers only tubular battery made by luminous can survive rest are shit in front of tubular battery. One of the annoying features in today’s batteries are that they work for a short period of time which is not worth because we are paying so much. So I recommend all inverter users to use only tubular batteries made by luminous. Guys we can trust luminous because they are providing best products for a very long and I am sure this product is also good. The best part of tubular batteries are low maintenance which is its key features and one thing more about these batteries are their excellent overcharge tolerance. I am saying this because I am using this battery for last 15 months .My vote goes to luminous
