Eureka Forbes Wet and dry vaccum cleaner is not good product,coz we purchased one vaccum cleaner after 10 days later its not working good, and also customer support very poor in Tirupati Andhra Pradesh, here not responding very well to solve problem. First you want to build your customer support representatives (Technicians) Since I am complainting one month but no response from your customer support and dealer.

we bought wet and dry type vaccum cleaner 3 months back.one of the accessories was not working at the time of purchase.your salesman promised us to replace the spare the very next day. also we were not given the compliment travel bag as promised.the salesman was very particuler in getting the payment cheque and the promise is in vain.the payment was done only on the baeis of trust that we HAD with the company. inspite of innumerable number of calls and reminders and complaints their is absolutely no response. eureka should understand that the customers are not fools to bear with the injust made to their money.will u look into the matter?

I have trendy steel vaccum cleaner purchased in Jan’09. There are 2 complain on that, 1. Along with the spare parts , adopter for carpet cleaning chord is not supplied, hence I cannot use for carpet cleaning.
2. Ther is jam of wheel by which extension electrical cable cannot be pulled. this machine is idling from 2 months, I have spent nearly Rs.200/ on calling to call centre, but everytime they inform service person will come for the repair or we will send the technician soon. I am asking atleast give me the address where I can collect the spare parts, that information along with phone no. is not made available. No service at all, customers are not provided any information whatso ever. My suggestion is no one should buy the Euroka forbes product with my worst experience. My 2nd complain no. is V0608 dtd 6th march.
I am planning to go for “CONSUMER COURT” with JAGO GRAHAK. JAGO” SLOGAN, and see what is the response of this company

My Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner is working perfectly fine. I am using this for more than 2 years now and have got no problems yet. It has truly helped me keeping dirt away from my house. It’s wet pick up feature sucks spills from floors.
