after three uses, the teflon coating has started showing tiny bubbles under the coating and specs of the nonstick coating have started to come off on the inside of the pan.
note: i have only used non-metal utensils for removing baked goods and only a non-scratching pad (scotch-brite's dobie pad) has been used to clean it. i would NOT recommend this brand of bakeware.

We purchase a Neptune dishwasher about three years ago. It is now giving us a lot of problems and the mechanic sent from the call cenre is unable to repair the machine even after 10 visits in a month to our place. The machine has an AMC but since the technicians are not properly trained it cannot be repaired. IFB as a goodwill gesture should replace it with a new machine at the earliest to rekindle consumer confidence in their products.

. sir,For the past 40years we use only Allwyn.Now we have 250Lts.SD.For the past 3 months we face problem of water leakage from door edge,it will cause rust in bottom side.your nearby dealer send his representative 3to4 times.Till now no one can identify the water leakage.Daily we face problem of water in fridgestand,also in the floor.Please send your technial person and rectify the complaint.I am awaiting your favarable reply.
