    The system appears to be good but the after sales service is completely absent. Telephone reminders are of no help. Even the paid service after the expiry of one year is almost impossible particularly at Hyderabad. The customer care unit is in fact careless and they are liers.
    That makes the prduct useless.

    Products look to be good…After sales service is too bad…specially in Gurgaon. The technicians complains of being paid only Rs18/- per visit as a cause of bad service…Even after paying almost 15% of the MRP as AMC the service is not provided. Faulty parts are not replaced saying they are ok or not in stock…In fact I have even seen technicians bypassing the systems in built security system. THis makes the good quality manufactured/designed by EurekaForbes useless.

    Horrible service. I had purchased RO model last year. After the sales not even a soul comes for service. In fact I have circulated to my known contact about the poor service atleast 17000 people.

    I am based in Gurgaon. No clues, to get my RO repaired or serviced any where since I bought the product, on 28-10-2007. Even their website has no links to support or anything as customer care.

    I am having Forbs water purifier (UV) and happy with it, but I am shifting to a place where presently only borewel water is avaible.
    can this purifier will work for the borewel water or you suggest some best water purifier ( HOME) .
