I have been a fan of Zod shirts and have been buying them for every special occasion. But recently one of the (highest priced) shirt that i bought had threads of the fabric coming out from the collar. I took it to the zodiac shop(select city walk) from where i had bought and they simply refused to even look at it. They said it happens in shiny fabrics and you must have washed it a lot of times. And i had just washed it once and that too in genteel. They didnot agree that the zod shirts were made of very poor quality fabric and they have no life. The zod shirt becomes dead after the first wash.I was highly astonished to see the kind of response they give to their customers. My suggestion do not buy zod shirts as they are expensive and of poor quality. Further more there is no door to knock if you are facing any problem. The customer care is crap.
