I bought a new Giordano watch as present for my son in the US. On receipt he found the main analogue dial not moving,does he require a battery change.
There are no service centers in New york / New Jersey.

GOOD LOOKING WATCHES HOWEVER GETTING ANY SERVICE INCLIDING EVEN A WATCH STRAP IS NOT POSSIBLE, SUGGEST ENSURE YOUR CITY HAS AN AUTHORISED GIORDANO SERVICE CENTRE I STAY ON BANGALORE AND IT DOES NOT HAVE SERVICE CENTRE. FOR A STRAP THE WATCH HAS TO BE COURIERED TO BOMBAY AND IT TAKES A MONTH !! AVOID

Recently SBI credit card has offered me to be a member of their Priviledge Circle with a membership fee of around Rs.6000/- which includes the cost of a Giordano watches of Rs.3900/-. A couple of days back I got the watch but I does not look like an original Giordano watch.Though the name GIORDANO is written on the front and back of the watch still I have doubt.
Would you please tell me whether SBI card are really sending original Giordano watch under this SBI Card Priviledge Circle Program.

Pls avoid this brand , I would rather buy a Rs 250 chinese watch then buying this brand. Pathetic quality of spare parts & worst quality of service.
Pls pls pls do not buy this brand , I do not any one to suffer the way i did after buying a 5k watch.

i learnt a lesson, that not to go for giordano. If you already have, and it doesnot work, then throw it out.

I got Giordano watch from SBI. It was very nice to have this branded watch as a gift with the entire package.

Hi all..
I got Giordano watch from SBI when I took the Privilige Circle Program from them.. It was last year I took this offer & since then I have no complaints with the watch or the program.. The watch looks really attractive & smart.
