Dear customer care manager
i want to share a very dissapointing experence regarding my purchase of an esprit watch from shopper stop, ansal plaza, khelgaon marg, andrews ganj, new delhi.
i purchased esprit watch model no.128,/ esprit watch/ diggo metal april 2007, cost Rs.4900/, since last year april, i have used this watch for only 40-45 days, because its stops working! and twice i have given same for repair but i have been told that battery is bad and is the reason for not function properly, esprit being such a reputed brand can give such reasons for their product, I have paid full amount for the product I purchased and I am not been able to use same due to inbuilt fault in the watch’
I live in Fardabaad and distance between both cities is quite a lot to chase for this problem i am facing for a long time every time I go personally and submit watch for repair OR if I don’t do so then I am not using a product for which I have paid in full
This is a clear harassment to the customer and i need to have my money back for the watch , i am not using being faulty , pls revert with a positive reply immdly otherwise i have to approach consumer court for this harrasment i have faced for more than one year

i had brought the esprit watch on 1-10-06/cunning silver metal/bill no.5226 from arun watch company yusuf sarai,further i had used for few months but its chain got broken. twice i had given it for repair, and requested that the chain should be changed so that it doesnt happen again but to avail. they only repaired it and resend it every time.
its a really very bad and harrow experience for me regarding the watch.
once again i request to u that kindly change the chain. as in the city like delhi its really impossible to take out time everytime going repairing. i am really facing acute agony by buying this watch.

i want to share a very dissapointing experence regarding my esprit watch from lifestyles international pvt. ltd, mgf city square ,Shivaji place, rajouri garden , new delhi.
this watch was purcheased by my wife, in Dec 2007, esprit watch april 2007, worth Rs.4750/. i have used it for only 2 months when the problem first began and it started running late. everytime it was adjusted there was a delay of about 10 minutes in a span of 24-48 hrs. the battery was changed on 1-4-2008 by an authorised service center in Amritsar for Rs.150. the same problem again began again after s a month and the watch was sent to Delhi for repair, which was again charged Rs 125. it took more then a month for us to the watch back only to find the same problem occuring gaain. we have again sent the watch for repair to delhi. esprit being such a reputed brand, this type of quality and service is not expected. I have paid full amount for the product I purchased and I am not been able to use it.
it is really bothering and irritating to send this costly timepiece which has now just become a showpiece, for repair and spend on it with no gains. This is a clear harassment to the customer and i need to have my money back for the watch , i am not using being faulty , pls revert with a positive reply immdly otherwise i have to approach consumer court for this harrasment i have faced for more than one year.

theres only on e espirit service centre in bombay near prabhadevi..ask any counter at shoppers stop and they will give you the address…i had but misplaced it.
