    complaint agaisnt duncan industries limited

    sir,
    i am old and retired person aged 67 years.
    iam not keeping well suffering frim prostate , diebetiesthyoroid.
    all these ailments requires continuous drugs
    i invested in the duncans industries limited being a goenka company
    follwoing fdr
    fd 350835 matured on 10.5.03 rs 15000
    fd 174582 ,, 15.10.03 11000
    fd 178409 ,, 16.11.03 12000
    fd 191212 ,, 2.2.04 13000
    fd 408044 ,, 17.1.05 20000
    total 5 fd rs 71000 principal + interest

    as i do not have any other means , these fdr were surrendered for payment well in time duly acknowledged by the company officals.
    but till date they have not submitted payemnt, DESPITE LAPSE OF 5 YEARS

    i visited to company HQ and met Mr a banerji and given several reminders but of no avail.
    the staff treats us as unwanted persons as if the company has not taken money but THE INVESTORS have taken the meney and the company is not a DEFAULTER . THE COMPANY IS NOT MAKING ANY COMMITMENT IN PAYMENT TO OLD AND RETIRED PERSONS WHO ARE CONSIDERED AS PRIORITY RECEIPIENT FOR THEIR DUES

    not at this age , where shall i go for justice to fight the non commitment made by such a coprporate giant.

    we request for your guidance how to get back my hard earned money from the clutches of such corporate.

    this will save lakhs of other investors to put money in such corporate who does not have any corporate governance.
